Bio:

I attended the Bronx High School of Science, Antioch College, the University of Pittsburgh, the University of California, San Diego, and, finally Cornell University, where I was awarded a PhD in organizational behavior. I have been teaching at Oakland since 1977. I was one of the founders of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations and was the president of the Michigan affiliate of the National Association of Scholars. I am married to Ann Winston and have two daughters, Robin and Cassie, through a previous marriage.
