· Through the utilization of MS Excel, MS Word, and the records management system database, I manage records pertaining to personnel, training, performance tracking and payroll.

· Ensure the accuracy, efficiency and retrieval of processed data.

· Support and maintain the FireTools system database

· Supervise clerical employees in the administration of Fire Department records
