Comment (optional): Tell other people about yourself with this comment. For example, you might say that you are in your 30s, read science fiction, and like cats.
Email (optional): For administrative purposes only. Your County account lets you use your handle as an email address within the County system. However, you can enter an external email address if you want the County's email system to forward email to another address. Note: This address will not be made  available to other users.
