How ELI works
Graduate students in the Experiential Learning and Innovation (ELI) are
matched to projects based on the project/sponsor needs, and the student’s
talents, suitability, passion and course requirements.
ELI students are equipped to handle projects from a wide range of disciplines
-- from business start-ups and market expansions to product launches and much
more. Potential projects can develop from any functional business area in any
industry.
Depending on the project scope, sponsoring organizations work with OU’s SBA
to determine the level of project support and financial commitment required –
from defined options that provide support from 10 hours a week over 15 weeks
(one semester) up to 20 hours per week over 30 weeks (two semesters) to custom
options where the sponsoring organization defines the hours and weeks required.
