Prerequisites:  Bachelorís Degree.  Students will need to bring a calculator to class.  Materials will be provided in class.

Course 1:  Project Management Framework, Project Scope Management, Human Resource Management and Project Planning Topics examined include project identification and selection, scope planning and definition, creating a work breakdown structure, examining alternative organizational structures, examining the role of the project manager, alternative leadership styles, conflict negotiation and conflict resolution techniques. An industry case will be used to facilitate learning and discussion. September 18

Course 2:  Project Time Management Topics examined include identifying schedule activities, activity sequencing, creating precedence diagrams, resource and duration estimating, schedule development, and schedule control. A hypothetical case will be used to facilitate learning and discussion. October 2 and 3

Course 3: Project, Cost, Quality and Risk Management Topics examined include cost estimating, cost budgeting, cost control, quality planning and control, risk identification, analysis, response planning and monitoring and control.
