OU 40-Hour Project Management Certificate

development, and schedule control. A hypothetical case will be used to

Course 3: Project, Cost, Quality and Risk Management |
Topics examined include cost estimating, cost budgeting, cost control, quality
planning and control, risk identification, analysis, response planning and
